AllyBot is a product provided by Shenzhen Intelligence.Ally Technology Co., Ltd. If you select “Agree”, you consent to all the terms of the User Agreement and AllyBot Privacy Agreement, and you agree with our collection and use of certain information about you and your use of the service in accordance with the AllyBot Privacy Agreement (Privacy Policy) of Shenzhen Intelligence.Ally Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”).
This APP respects and protects the personal privacy of all users who use the service. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, this APP will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. However, this App will use great diligence and discretion to treat such information. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, this APP will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior permission. This APP will update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When you agree to the User Agreement of this APP, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of this APP.
(a) Personal registration information you provide as required by this APP when you register an account on this APP;
(b) Information on your browser and computer automatically received and recorded by this App when you use this App network service or visit the web pages of this App, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, feature information of your hardware and software and web page records you need;
(c) User’s personal data obtained legally by this APP from business partners.
You understand and agree that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following information:
(a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by this APP platform;
(b) The relevant information and data that you have published on this APP collected by this APP, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
(c) Information which breaches provisions of the law or the regulations of this App and the measures already taken against you by this APP.
(a) This application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless your prior permission is obtained, or the third party and this APP (including affiliates of this APP) serve you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, it will be denied from access to all the information, including the information that was previously made available to it.
(b) This APP does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information free of charge in any way. If any user of this APP platform engages in any of above activities, this App is entitled to terminate the service agreement with that user immediately upon discovery.

(d) To deliver you a better experience, improve our services or for other purposes as agreed by you, we may use the information collected through certain services for our other services subject to applicable laws and regulations.

(a) Reading from and writing into memory permission: When you install this APP, it will ask for the permission to ensure its stable operation. This APP undertakes to only read or cache necessary information. If you choose not to open the permission, you will exit the service;
(b) Reading device information permission (including but not limited to IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, android ID): When you install this APP, it will ask for the permission to ensure its stable operation, and it needs to read the identification, status and context information of your device. If you choose not to open the permission, you will not be able to use this APP;
(c) Album and camera permissions: When you use scanning, avatar picture settings and other functions, we will dynamically ask for camera and album permissions so that you can use such functions as real-time shooting or real-time uploading of pictures/videos. If you choose not to open the relevant permissions, you will not be able to use specific functions related to pictures, but it will not affect your use of other services provided by this APP.
To ensure the realization of APP-related functions and the safe and stable operation of applications, we will access software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We will conduct strict security detection on third-party SDKs and require our partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data.
